Add ?config=YOUR_CONFIG_ID to test different configs

🧪 Test Survey Feedback

  1. Open widget (button below or widget button)
  2. Click X button in status bar
  3. Embedded survey should appear (if configured)
  4. Complete survey → widget closes
Required: Set feedbackSurveyId in chatbot config to enable survey feedback. Without it, X button closes widget immediately.
Note: Minimize (chevron) always closes immediately without feedback.
